Job summary

TWG Engineering, part of The Will Group, is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer to join our team in Shorewood or Mattoon, IL. You will design and analyze structural systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, collaborating with architects and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois SE license, ABET-accredited Civil/Structural degree, 5+ years of design experience, and proficiency in SAP2000 or CSIBridge, AutoCAD, and

Qualifications

Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) required in Illinois.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
5+ years of structural engineering design experience.
Proficiency with SAP2000 or CSIBridge, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, and AISC design standards.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Perform structural modeling and calculations using industry software.
Develop construction drawings and coordinate with CAD/BIM teams.
