• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled speech‑language pathology services
• Address communication, cognition, swallowing, and related functional needs within your scope of practice

• Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, wellness staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Identify changes in communication, cognition, or swallowing that warrant clinical attention
• Incorporate functional, real‑world activities into treatment
• Document efficiently using Prava's modern technology and AI‑enabled tools
• Contribute to a culture that values clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes
