Qualifications

• Active State Massage Therapy License required.
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and body treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage treatment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and body treatments in line with spa standards and licensing.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and wellness solutions.
• Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend retail products.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper use of products and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to management.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a professional appearance.
