Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to assist in planning and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs for residents, in alignment with the resident's care plan and directives from the Director of Social Services.

The role requires a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and at least one year supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting, with the ability to meet age-related care needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an approved school.
• One year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
• Knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs according to the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Assist as directed by the Director of Social Services.
