Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Social Services Director for Valley Hill Health & Rehab in Hendersonville, NC. Day shifts are available in a full-time role focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position oversees the community’s Social Services Department, coordinating with leadership to meet residents’ emotional and social needs under federal, state, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Work within the state in which you work, if required by state/federal regulations.
• Must have experience in Long Term Care as well as behavioral health.
• Experience working in healthcare, either social services, direct care or hospitality, is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current standards and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
