Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the Social Services Department
• Complete comprehensive assessments for residents and develop individualized care plans
• Identify non-pharmacological approaches to meet residents' psychosocial needs
• Ensure residents have access to appropriate treatments and resources
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and complete required reports
