The Social Worker/Therapist provides social services and individual, family and group therapy and case management services on acute and residential units under direction of the Director of Social Services. Assigned cases may vary somewhat depending on experience and specialty areas.
Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free-standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community. With an average census of 150 patients, Hill Crest features acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings. must have a current Alabama State Board of Examiners License in Counseling.
