Qualifications

• Must hold LSW, LPC, or equivalent licensed mental health professional.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Passion for providing support to aging adults with dignity.
• Adheres to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
• Experience with aging, out-of-home placement, or vulnerable populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation and real-time problem solving.
• Valid driver's license and transportation with state minimum liability insurance.
• Willingness to travel within Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Therapist

• Must be 21 years of age
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required.
• Passion for providing excellence-level support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults.

• Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA.

• Prior experiencewith individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
• Ability to travel within Cleveland and the surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
