Quality Moments Behavioral Health in Dayton, OH is seeking a Senior Care Therapist to join our Clinical Team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults in community and long-term care settings.

The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and case management while upholding dignity and person-centered care for aging adults, in a supportive professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required.
• Passion for providing excellence-level support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults.
• Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to privacy requirements including HIPAA.
• Prior experience with aging population or other vulnerable populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
• Ability to travel within Dayton and surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
