Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or program of Social Work is required.
• Two years of postgraduate experience in long-term care or related programs.
• Must meet state requirements or hold NASW credentialing if the state has no regulation.
• 2+ years of social work and MDS assessment experience in a long-term care setting.

Requirements:

• Must meet equivalent state requirements for social work practice, or hold certification/credentialing from the National Association of Social Workers if the state has no legal regulation

• BS in Social Service required

• 2+ years of social work and MDS assessment experience, ideally in a long-term care setting

• Energetic, results-oriented team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, caring approach, with passion for working with elderly and behavioral residents
