Job summary

You will provide direct, evidence-based speech and language services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist for children with autism and developmental disabilities in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts SLPA licensure required.
• ABA experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of the SLP by providing direct sessions and participating in evaluation and treatment planning.
• Facilitate and support AAC systems across settings.
• Train and coach direct service staff on speech and language programs.
• Collaborate with educators, BCBAs, and team members to ensure consistency in communication programming.
• Contribute to treatment planning under the supervision of the SLP, including goal writing, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and adjust treatment plans.
• Participate in applied research and continuous improvement initiatives.
