Responsibilities

• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify potential issues.
• Provide customers with clear repair or replacement options (Good-Better-Best).
• Explain estimates, warranties, memberships, financing options, and add-on services.
• Complete approved work safely, professionally, and whenever possible, on the same day.
• Create accurate estimates, invoices, notes, photos, and customer records in ServiceTitan.
• Follow up on previously presented unsold estimates.
• Communicate job status and recommendations to the office and dispatch team.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
• Represent Freeline Plumbing with professionalism, integrity, and empathy.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician at Freeline Plumbing, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Complete common service calls involving drains, water heaters, fixtures, pumps, piping, pressure problems, leaks, and other plumbing concerns
• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify potential issues
• Provide customers with clear Good-Better-Best repair or replacement options

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of service plumbing experience
• Active Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license
• Previous ServiceTitan experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with plumbing service work
• Ability to follow applicable plumbing codes and safety procedures
