Qualifications
- Must hold a current State of Illinois Plumbing License and/or City of Chicago Journeyman Plumber License.
- Proven experience in residential or light commercial service plumbing.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and ability to keep work area clean.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Service and install traditional or tankless water heaters, fixtures, valves, and water filtration lines.
- Maintain, rebuild, and scale vintage or modern hot water steam boilers.
- Resolve sewer and drain blockages using advanced equipment and inspections.
- Provide clear, transparent communication to homeowners and managers before starting work.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Service and install traditional/tankless water heaters, fixtures, valves, and water filtration lines
- Maintain, rebuild, and scale vintage or modern hot water steam boilers
- Resolve sewer and drain blockages utilizing advanced equipment (cable machines, hydro jetting, and sewer video camera inspections)
- Provide clear, transparent, and friendly communication to homeowners and building managers before starting any work
- Must hold a current State of Illinois Plumbing License and/or City of Chicago Journeyman Plumber License
- Proven experience in residential or light commercial service plumbing (familiarity with older Chicago infrastructure is a massive plus!)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills—someone who leaves the workspace spotless and handles clients with respect
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
