Job summary

Constellation Energy in Clinton, IL, is seeking an individual to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor with an SRO license. Upon completion, you will be licensed by the NRC to supervise licensed reactor operators and support outage activities in the control room.

The role requires completing ILT, achieving an SRO license, and taking on supervisory responsibilities including on-call and emergency response as part of a nuclear operations team.

Qualifications

• Must have Reactor Operator license or 1.5 years in a comparable role.
• SRO Instructor certification and relevant facility experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete training to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
