Job summary

Constellation Energy in Clinton, IL seeks Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators. You will train through ILT to supervise licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room and be prepared to obtain NRC licensure.

This program offers a path to full SRO certification and a role that supports safe, reliable nuclear operations on site. You will contribute to outage activities, emergency response, and shift coverage while progressing through training and licensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examinations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom, on-the-job training, and exams.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise operators.
• Support outages, emergency response, and shift coverage as required.
