Qualifications

• Active Colorado Real Estate License Required.
• 5+ years of Multi-Family property management experience.
• Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements and regulatory issues.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Must pass background check; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Owner communications: main point of contact from start to finish.
• Oversee and delegate showing, leasing, renewals and move-outs of properties.
• Maintain a 95% occupancy and collections rate.
• Delegate tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager.
