Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program and eligibility for TN LSW licensure.
• Experience with children in school settings preferred.
• Knowledge of MTSS/RTI, IEPs, 504 Plans is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group social work services to students and families.
• Conduct social-emotional assessments and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate with Student Support Team and IEP/504 meetings.
• Maintain confidential records and apply school policies.
• Engage families with information on community resources.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators.
