Job summary

Children's Therapy Consultants, LLC in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our school-based clinical team. This position offers full-time, part-time, or independent contractor arrangements and focuses on delivering therapy in K–12 settings with IEP-driven care.

You will evaluate, treat, and document progress, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure compliant therapy services while supporting student educational goals.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License or eligibility.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs.
• Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, screenings, and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and annual progress reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Consult with school personnel regarding classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, mobility, positioning, and accessibility.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations.
• Support students in achieving educational and functional goals within the school environment.
