Job summary

Clackamas River Elementary in Estacada, Oregon seeks a temporary licensed School Counselor starting in November 2026 for the 2026/2027 school year. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling (Master’s preferred).
• Prefer 3-years recent relevant experience as a counselor in an educational setting.
• Hold a valid Oregon Personnel License and keep it in good standing with TSPC.
• Knowledge of counseling theory and applications; skills in individual and group counseling.

Responsibilities

• Directly support students to be academically, socially, and emotionally successful.
• Collaborate with school leadership to plan staff development and inclusive practices.
• Foster capacity for inclusive practices across school settings and engage stakeholders.
• Provide Tier 2 SEL interventions and lead Second Step instruction.
