Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent; nursing education program completion required.
• RN/LPN license valid in Georgia; CCSD training course and tests must be completed.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; 2 years preferred; strong record-keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend mandatory Clinic Substitute Training and keep training updated.
• Deliver nursing services in the school clinic under supervision; document care and emergencies.
• Administer medications per physician directions and school policy; maintain confidentiality.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment and communicate health concerns to staff and families.
• Collaborate with school personnel and nursing administration on student health issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by district administrators.
