Glade Run Lutheran Services in Pittsburgh is seeking licensed therapists to join our expanding North Hills School District program. The role offers full benefits, credentialing assistance, school hours, and a $2000 new hire incentive with productivity incentives.

Start date for 2026/27 school year. As part of our school-based mental health team, you will complete intakes, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a counseling related field with a clinical practicum.
• Professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required; credentialing preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with school districts and agencies.
• Must meet clearance requirements (PA State Police, PA Child Abuse History, FBI).

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, assessments, and initial treatment plans for assigned school-based clients.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with the client and guardian when indicated.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy per the treatment plan.
• Document progress notes and update the EMR promptly.
• Coordinate with psychiatrist and school-based supervisor for quality of service.
• Participate in supervision and district collaboration as scheduled.
• Attend in-service and professional development.
• Meet agency productivity requirements.
• Enter clinical data in EMR per program guidelines.

Position Summary: Attention licensed therapists with an LPC, LCSW or LMFT! This is an exciting time to join the Glade Run School Based Mental Health Program which is enjoying tremendous expansion across Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Venango and Clarion Counties! We are looking for bright, passionate, creative mental health therapists to grow along with us. This position will work out of the North Hills School District and offers full benefits, free credentialing assistance, school hours, paid time off during the school year according to the public school calendar, paid time off during the summer months, a $2000 new hire incentive bonus, and the ability to earn up to $500 per quarter ($2000 annually) with productivity incentives. Position starting in August for the 2026/27 school year.

What You'll Do:

• Complete intakes (inclusive of psycho-social assessment, initial treatment plan and required legal consents) for assigned school-based clients in accordance with outpatient regulations.


• Develop measurable treatment plan goals in collaboration with the assigned school-based client (and legal guardian when indicated).


• Complete treatment reviews in accordance with outpatient regulations.


• Provide individual, group and family therapy as indicated in the treatment plan.


• Complete clinical progress notes in a timely manner and include references to the treatment plan.


• Consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly to ensure effective collaboration and quality of service.


• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision activities as scheduled.


• Communicate and collaborate with designated school district personnel when indicated.


• Attend in-service and professional development activities as scheduled.


• Must meet agency productivity requirements.


• Enter clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in a timely manner as per program guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in a counseling related field which must include a clinical practicum.


• Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required and credentialing preferred. (Professional license does not include Licensed Social Worker LSW).


• Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job function.


• Must have emotional stability to perform essential job functions.


• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with agency personnel and community agencies.


• Ability to accept supervision.


• Ability to adjust hours to job requirements.


• Ability to work independently.


• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to protect the confidentiality of the clients.


• Eligible for PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance and FBI clearance.
