Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks a school-based therapist to deliver evidence-based mental health services to children aged 4-18 within school settings. You will integrate with the student education team, perform intakes, and develop treatment plans with regular updates.

Licensed or under supervision for LCSW/LPC/LMFT in Oklahoma is required, with opportunities for licensure supervision and ongoing professional development. The role includes competitive benefits and agency support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling Psychology or its equivalent from an accredited school.
• Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems.
• Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
• Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children aged 4-18 in school-based settings.
• Develop and update treatment plans, conduct intakes and planned updates.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff and provide family and group therapy when needed.
• Occasionally provide services in office-based program for family strengthening.
