Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks a school-based child and adolescent therapist to deliver evidence-based mental health services in a school setting for ages 4–18. You will collaborate with educators, conduct intakes, and develop and update individualized treatment plans, delivering individual, family and group therapy as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling psychology and licensure eligibility in Oklahoma, with travel to multiple school sites and potential

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oklahoma.
• Experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and multiplicity of problems.
• Valid Driver License and travel to locations other than primary office.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to children aged 4–18 at school sites with evidence-based treatment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school education teams; conduct intakes and develop treatment plans.
• Plan updates; provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
• May service adult clients in office-based family strengthening program on occasion.
