Job summary

Unison Health is expanding its school-based program in Ohio, seeking LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC candidates to provide direct therapy within partner schools. The role includes individual, group, and family sessions, with a focus on mental illness and adjustment challenges among students.

The position supports clinical services under licensed supervision, with telehealth options and strong emphasis on documentation, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications

• Requires a BSW in social work or a master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Experience in counseling settings preferred.
• Ability to work in school-based programs and coordinate with educational staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapeutic services via individual, group, and family therapy or diagnostic assessments.
• Develops treatment plans and maintains case documentation per agency policies.
• Coordinates linkage and advocacy as needed and may provide services through telehealth as required.
