Job summary

Preferred Family Healthcare is seeking a School Based Licensed Therapist in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role partners with public schools to provide individualized counseling and crisis support to students during school hours.

You will manage caseloads, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with school staff to improve academic and emotional outcomes. Must hold Oklahoma licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) or be eligible for candidacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, Human Relations, or related field.
• Must be licensed or candidate for licensure within their professions by Oklahoma State Boards as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling to meet student needs at school sites.
• Manage caseloads per supervisory guidelines.
• Support academic success through prevention and intervention services.
• Collaborate with treatment planning and staff to set goals.
• Respond to emotional crises with swift support.
• Coordinate follow-up and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with school counselors to access community resources.
• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver school-based interventions.
• Serve as liaison to coordinate care for families.
