SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC in Reno, NV is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Salon Manager. You will lead daily operations, coach stylists, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a high-performance salon environment.

The role requires a Nevada cosmetology or barber license, flexible evenings/weekends, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Benefit-rich package includes health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and daily tips via Pay Card.

SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Salon Manager who leads with confidence, develops talent, and delivers outstanding guest experiences. If you enjoy coaching, motivating, and creating a high-performance salon culture, this is the ideal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations
• Provide exceptional guest services
• Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele
• Drive profitability and retail performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and support staff
• Handle staff relations and client concerns
• Deliver all SmartStyle haircare services

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average earnings of $25-$45/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
