SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Salon Manager in Nevada to lead daily salon operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and coach stylists to grow the salon’s clientele. Qualifications

• Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License.

• Stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs; handle fragrances/chemicals.

• Manage daily salon operations

Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Leadership and customer service skills

• Strong communication and basic administrative skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average earnings of $25–$45/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
