Sport Clips of Washington, located at 834 Washington Corners, Washington, MO 63090, is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to guide daily operations and support stylist development. Qualifications

• Active Missouri Cosmetology license required.
• Experience working in a salon environment preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills required.
• Professional and encouraging leadership style expected.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily salon operations when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Set a positive example for client service, teamwork and professionalism.
• Coach team members to improve technical performance and productivity.
• Support new-hire training and ongoing stylist development.
• Help team reach service, retail and client-count goals.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and recruiting activities.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and organized salon.
• Build relationships with clients in the Washington community.
