You will support the Salon Manager in daily operations, develop stylists, and help create a welcoming environment for clients and team members. You will recruit, train, and onboard new staff, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and stay current with industry trends to mentor your team and maintain a positive, team-oriented salon

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist required.
• Previous leadership experience in a salon preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to recruit, train and onboard staff while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
