Sport Clips Haircuts of Manchester in Manchester, MO is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead salon teams alongside the Store Manager. Licensed cosmetology professional with strong leadership and coaching skills will coach stylists, support scheduling, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

This role emphasizes recruiting, onboarding, training, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales while building a positive, professional, team-oriented workplace.

Formación

• Current Missouri Cosmetology license.
• Previous salon leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and support during assigned shifts.
