Sport Clips, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Salon Manager who is a licensed hair stylist to lead daily salon operations and mentor the team.

You will ensure outstanding service, help recruit and train staff, and work with the Salon Manager to meet revenue goals, while maintaining a welcoming, team-focused atmosphere. This role also offers paid training, strong career growth, and a culture that values diversity and customer care.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid state cosmetology or barber license (required).
• Proven leadership/management experience in a salon environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
• Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
