Role Description

This is a full-time Licensed Sales Agent based in Castle Rock, CO. The Licensed Sales Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients to understand their insurance needs, and selling insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing claims, conducting follow-ups, and participating in training programs to stay updated on industry developments.

Qualifications

Property/Casualty/Life Insurance Licenses for the state of Colorado
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Insurance
Ability to participate in and learn from Training programs
Relevant state licensing as an insurance agent required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
