BrightStar Care Northwest Compassionate Care, LLC is hiring a Licensed Registered Nurse for part-time home visits in the St. Cloud area. You will provide in-home nursing care, including wound care, INR, and medication management, traveling within the territory as required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota is required.
• Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
• Candidates should be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
• Care may include wound care, INR, medication management, catheter care, etc.
• Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate vital signs and health progress records.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document nurse visits per State and Joint Commission guidelines.
