Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida and in good standing.
Experience in hospital medicine, ICU, emergency, or post-acute care.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR documentation.
Experience with wound care, G-Tube, ostomy, infusions, or ventilator care preferred.
Ability to manage complex patient assessments and acute pain.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions when needed.
Document patient information in EMR/EHR systems in compliance with HIPAA.
Assist with diagnostic procedures and collect specimens as required.
Provide specialized care for ICU or trauma center cases and post-operative recovery.
Educate patients with chronic illnesses on treatment plans and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
