Job summary

The Visiting Angels of St Cloud is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home health services and to supervise caregiver staff within established policies and state regulations.

You will conduct client assessments, develop and oversee care plans, and ensure families understand responsibilities. The role requires Minnesota RN licensure, strong communication in English, and reliable transportation for home visits within the service area.

Qualifications

• Must listen and communicate clearly in English with clients and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for home visits.
• Proficient with necessary technologies and software used in home health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff.
• Conduct client assessments to determine care needs.
• Develop and oversee Plan of Care for different clients.
• Initiate and revise the Plan of Care as needed.
• Ensure client/family understand Plan of Care and responsibilities.
• Instruct or supervise caregivers providing personal care.
