Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiver experience required.
• A valid driver’s license with car insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility: oversee daily operations and ensure shifts are covered.
• Supervise DSPs, provide training to support employee success.
• Provide care: assist with personal care tasks as needed.
• Support clients: assist with grocery shopping and meal prep.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
