Job summary

Fast Water Heater Company, LLC is seeking an experienced residential plumber to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues. You will adhere to codes, install fixtures, and provide accurate estimates for replacements such as water heaters.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain documentation in Service Titan. A valid WA/OR/CA license is required, and ongoing training is expected.

Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience of 2+ years.
• Active state plumbing license WA/OR/CA (01/02).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
• Adhere to local and national plumbing codes for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Remove old fixtures and install new ones using hand tools, soldering, piping, and related equipment.
• Prepare estimates for replacement water heaters and obtain customer approval.
• Accurately track repairs and work performed in Service Titan.
• Procure customer payments and submit required documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to support professional development.
• Drive company vehicle to locations to obtain parts and materials.
