Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced residential plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures. You will install water heaters and water treatment equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, and educate customers on options and maintenance.

The role requires strong customer communication, a track record of independent work, and adherence to safety and local codes. A valid driver's license and a relation to Home Services operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license (Journeyman or Masters) preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in residential plumbing, service-focused.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs and installations.
• Excellent customer communication and in-home service skills.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and common residential systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install water heaters, water treatment systems, fixtures, piping, and components.
• Troubleshoot water lines, drains, fixtures, and heaters.
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations and repair options.
• Educate customers on performance, maintenance, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate service records in ServiceTitan.
• Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Follow safety procedures and local plumbing codes.
