Job summary

FAST HOME SERVICES LLC is seeking a skilled residential plumbing professional to diagnose and fix a variety of home plumbing issues. You will follow codes, install fixtures, and prepare replacement quotes for customers.

The role requires 2+ years of service plumbing experience and a valid state plumbing license (WA/OR/CA). You will work independently or with a team, maintain records in Service Titan, and drive the company vehicle as needed.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience 2+ years.
• Active Washington/Oregon/California State Plumbing 01/02 license.
• Strong communication skills on a technical level.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and handle a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
• Adhere with local and national plumbing codes to ensure compliance.
• Remove old fixtures and install new fixtures/systems with standard tools and materials.
• Prepare estimates/quotes for water heater replacements and obtain customer approval.
• Accurately track repairs and work completed in Service Titan.
• Procure customer payments.
• Submit required documents and photos electronically or on paper.
• Participate in training opportunities and team meetings.
• Drive company vehicle to locations to obtain parts and materials.
