Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
Adhere to local and national plumbing codes for installations and repairs.
Remove and replace fixtures and systems using hand tools, soldering, piping, and related equipment.
Prepare estimates for water heater replacements and obtain customer approval.
Document repairs and work completed in Service Titan.
Procure customer payments and submit required documents/photos.
Participate in training and team meetings to support professional development.
Drive company vehicle to locations to obtain parts and materials.
