Joe Simpson Plumbing in Woodbury, CT is seeking a licensed service plumber to join our team for full-time work on residential and new construction projects. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and lead apprentices while ensuring all work meets code requirements.

Expect a schedule of 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday with overtime potential. Competitive pay ($40.00–$50.00/hour) plus benefits including health insurance, PTO, a company vehicle, and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut P2 or J2 plumbing license required.
• Hands-on plumbing experience, residential repairs/renovations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong communication with customers to explain issues and options.

Responsabilités

• Own residential and new construction projects from start to finish.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs in a timely, quality manner.
• Lead or train apprentices and manage a workload across sites.
• Perform rough-ins, installations, renovations, and new construction per codes.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners about progress and options.
