Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado HVAC license/certification.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle with valid driver's license and required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
