Horizon Services, LLC. is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems in the Longmont/Englewood, CO area.

You will help homeowners keep systems running efficiently, safely, and reliably while supporting a team that values quality workmanship and year-round service. The role requires a Colorado HVAC license or certification, experience in residential service, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Colorado HVAC license or certification required.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance or residential service preferred.
• Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and deliver quality work.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Inspect HVAC systems to identify wear and opportunities to improve performance.
• Clean/replace filters; check components; verify proper operation.
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to homeowners.
• Help customers maintain energy efficiency and year-round comfort.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
