Holt is seeking a Licensed Electrician to lead our service department in Des Moines, IA. You will train field electricians, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure high standards of customer service.

This role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and ongoing development, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, educating customers, and maintaining strong cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrician and leading a service department.
• Passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers.
• Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass screenings.

What You Will Do:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
