Job summary

Haller Enterprises is seeking an experienced Electrician in Lititz, PA to install residential electrical systems, fixtures, and generators with a focus on quality and customer service.

Role requires 15+ years of field experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to mentor apprentices while maintaining safety and excellence. A company vehicle is provided for daily use.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of residential electrical installation experience.
• An associate degree is beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Journeyman's or Master's cert is a plus.
• Knowledge of residential electrical codes.
• Proficiency with iPad and professional email communication.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong homeowner relationships through clear, respectful communication.
• Install residential electrical equipment, fixtures, wiring, rewires, and generators.

About The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has 15+ year's experience with installing residential electrical equipment, fixtures, wiring, whole home house rewires, generator installs and replacements, and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work, and is passionate about growing and learning as an Electrician and living out our core values, like Excellence, Teamwork, and Safety. This role pays $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

• Customer Rapport: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners through clear and respectful communication, earning their trust as a reliable professional Electrician.
• Electrical Installation: Proficiently installing residential electrical equipment, fixtures, wiring, whole home house rewires, generator installs and replacements.
• Quality Assurance: Strive for perfection in your work, aiming to complete each task correctly on the first attempt. Take pride in your craftsmanship, maintaining a positive relationship with the homeowner and local inspectors.
• Mentorship: Pass on the knowledge acquired throughout your career by guiding and mentoring Electrical Apprentices who are new to the trade.
• Self-Sufficiency and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Embrace mindful and effective communication as cornerstones of success for your team.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: 15+ years of residential electrical installation field experience.
• An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can provide a company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
• A Journeyman's or Master's Cert is a plus!
• Knowledge of residential electrical codes.
• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
• Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
