SYNERGY CARE, INC is seeking a Rehab Director/Program Manager-Licensed Therapist in DeQuincy, LA. The role requires leadership of the rehab program and ensuring high-quality patient care. A licensed professional in PT/PTA, OT/COTA, or SLP with a National Board cert and state licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy/PTA, Occupational Therapy/COTA or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Holds a valid National Board certification.
• Current or eligible for state licensure.
