Insight Comprehensive Therapy is currently seeking a Licensed Registry Physical Therapy. The perfect candidates must have the ability to work in a very fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service and patient care at all times. We are looking for someone who is a team player and committed to running a smooth and efficient schedule for physicians, which will allow for an enjoyable environment and experience for our patients.

Duties:

• Consult with patients to discuss their medical history, symptoms and needs.
• Diagnose patients and develop a treatment plan that meets their needs.
• Teach patients therapeutic exercises and techniques to help improve their condition.
• Maintain patient records and evaluate ongoing progress through documentation procedures.
• Implement and adjust patient treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers and their families regarding the patient's progress.
• Create a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
• Required current State of Illinois PTA license and CPR certification.
• Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
• Proven excellence in patient safety and care.
