The Seth Brothers Real Estate Team in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Licensed Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts from start to finish in the home buying and selling process. You will oversee offers, counteroffers, and escrow documents, ensuring accuracy, timely closings, and outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred.
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
• Real estate license preferred.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Marketing and Copywriting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HAR, MLS, ZipForms, ShowingTime, SkySlope, and G-Suite preferred.

Mansioni

• Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
• Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
• Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
• Should be able to research, gather, and organize information from multiple sources
• Keep track of transaction activity and timelines
