Qualifications

Licensed or licensed-preferred Texas real estate professional.
Experience in commercial real estate, residential leasing, coordination, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Create, enter, and maintain commercial property listings on major platforms.
Coordinate photography, signage, access, and showings; prepare marketing materials.
Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and prospecting activities; support business development.
Coordinate residential leasing activities: inquiries, showings, listings, leases, renewals, move-ins/outs.
Handle broker operations: calendars, deadlines, reports, and confidential information.
