Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions confidently.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating with others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for property visits and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.
• Must pursue real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with laws.
• Maintain and update property listings to ensure current market representation.
• Market and promote residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
